I worked in a travel agency where I helped people plan trips, book tickets, and arrange hotels. I served many customers like tourists, students, workers, and business travelers from Nepal, Sri Lanka, the Middle East, Bangladesh, India, Egypt, Africa and some customers were friendly and patient, while others were demanding or in a hurry.
One advantage of this job was learning about different places and cultures every day. However, there were also disadvantages. I often had to deal with last-minute changes, cancellations, and refund requests, which created pressure. Customers sometimes became upset if flights were delayed or visas had problems. During busy seasons, I worked long hours and handled many calls and inquiries at once. Overall, it was a good experience that taught me a lot.
